This resistance tube from Fitness Mad provides a safe alternative to resistance exercise tubes via a multi stranded rubber core with a protective nylon sleeve. This reduces the possibility of sudden tube failure which can occur with latex tubing. The design affords progressive resistance and avoids the possibility of latex allergies.

The tube is available in three strengths with different coloured handles and the resistance level marked on the handles, making these ideal for home, class or studio use. It comes with a user guide featuring 10 key resistance exercises for a total body workout.

How Does it Work?

The resistance trainer can be used as a 'stand alone' item or it can be combined with a Swissball to perform core exercises. It can be used to strengthen all areas of the body including the shoulders, back, arms and legs as well as training core strength.
