Delivery Details

 

UK orders 

Orders for delivery within the UK are sent by Royal Mail. 

All Standard deliveries are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour Delivery, with an expected delivery time of 2 to 3 working days (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays). Please note that once your order leaves us, delivery is handled entirely by Royal Mail, so while we expect parcels to arrive within this window, we're unable to guarantee it — occasional delays are outside our control. 

We no longer provide Expedited delivery, as we found too many issues with these services.

Please note that orders received Monday to Thursday before 5pm will be shipped next working day, orders on Friday to Sunday will be shipped on the Monday. All subject to stock availability. 

Any orders taken on a Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day.

International orders 

We currently do not ship outside the UK
