The Pediroller is a clever ridged roller that can be easily and quickly frozen to provide cryotherapy and a massage effect when the foot is gently rolled over it.
Who Should Use This?
The Pediroller should be used by people with generalised pain and achy feet, suitable for men and women. More specifically:
- Pain in the midfoot and medial arch
- Pain in the anterior arch and forefoot
- Mortons neuroma
- Pronation – mild
- Medial arch strain
- Ligament strain
- Bruising of the arch – contusion secondary to trauma
- Plantar fasciitis
How Does it Work?
The Pediroller helps to provide cryotherapy increasing blood flow in addition to a gentle mechanical massage effect as you roll your foot gently over this simple but clever device.
Sizing and Technical Information:
Easy to use, the PediRoller does not require batteries.
Directions for use: Following the exercise guide within the pack, gently roll the plantar aspect ( bottom ) of the foot back and forth from heel to arch. Repeat for 3 to 5 minutes twice a day, morning and night. Freezing the product before use will help if the area is inflamed.
Contraindications: Do not use on broken skin.
