Returns, Replacements & Refunds

If you have a query regarding an order that you have placed with us please contact us and we will be happy to help. For returns we ask that you request a returns form from us to be completed and returned with your item in it's original packaging and resalable condition. 

It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a resalable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels and that it's undamaged and unused. 

Please note that cost of return postage is to be paid by the customer and initial postage will not be refunded unless the item is faulty/damaged.

Under the EU Consumer rights directive, you have 14 days to return unwanted goods and 30 days for faulty/damaged goods.

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless goods are faulty/damaged.

All returns must be shipped back to Physio Warehouse, 119 Heywood Road, Prestwich, Manchester M25 1LP.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment account within 2 working days of receipt of the goods back.
