How Does it Work?
The seat wedge improves the angle at which your pelvis and spine sits helping to create an optimum lumbar lordosis (spinal curve). When the spine has a lordosis the discs, facet joints, sacro-iliac joints and soft tissues all sit in alignment thus reducing postural stress.
